How do I install automatic bollards and other security bollards?
How can I install the bollards better and faster? Here we give the most complex example to explain.
The whole process is divided into the following parts.
First, the location of the installation needs to be determined and the foundations excavated. Make sure that the site is ready for installation and that there are no excess pipes or other lines underground.
Secondly, connected the control box with those bollards then energised to test that those bollards are working properly.
Thirdly, place the bollard into the slotted hole that has been dug and adjust it horizontally. Be careful to keep the bollard installed horizontally, otherwise it will affect the performance of the bollard and its aesthetics after installation.
Fourthly, after the equipment has been commissioned and everything is OK, backfilling and road restoration can be carried out. The specific material used for road restoration can be chosen by yourself. However, the use of asphalt or marble fast will be relatively simple and construction will be relatively easy.
The above is a relatively simple introduction to the process of installing bollards. Adjustments should be made according to the site conditions, such as whether a drainage system is required, whether a pump needs to be purchased, etc.
